How do I get the Property Editor to appear in the Menu

I need to use the Property Editor but it is not in the Windows/Tabs list.

How do I get it to appear in this list please, so I can use it?

Some people were having problems with it crashing DS, so they replaced it with the Property Hierarchy tab, it's not as useful IMHO as the Property Editor, but at least they added an edit mode to the Parameters tab to make up for it's short comings.

then you need to open property hieralchy pane.

New edit mode + proeprty hieralchy pane =(almost) old proeprty editor.

I do not say, which is better or not^^;

yes I am one of user, I can not use proeprty editor at all. without divide morph directory.
then now it work so quick quick quick. it can load all parameter without problem.
