Textures not showing up

I've been trying to use DigitalLab3Ds Breakfast Room for the past couple of days and the textures are not showing up.  The file names don't match and I thought that might be the problem so I changed them but no go.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

It seems to be looking for Runtime/Texture, not the usual Runtime/Textures.

I reinstalled them under Runtime/Texture.  Thanks!
