This one is on sale today for $1.99. Not sure how it would look on a different character though...

She comes with a "Snow Fairy" skin that is very pale.
I bought Maria today. Her pale skin is not your typical 'white girl'. Add some ears and she'd probably make a great elf.
This skin is on sale in the PC+ For a Day sale today: https://www.daz3d.com/victoria-7-merchant-resource-pale-skin
It's for Victoria 7 (Genesis 3), and I don't know if you'd need her UV to get it to work, but it might be worth a look if the one you picked up isn't what you hoped for.
No big deal.
She looks very pale, paler than usual, but then we're not used to seeing models that pale in the DAZ Store. Also, it's unusual for a person that pale to have no hint of ruddiness to their skin at all. When one considers how translucent her skin has to be to be that pale you then expect to see a flush of blood in places along with marbled white fat and skin tissues making up the complexion's colors. Snowflake for Aiko 7 has more ruddiness. I've been that pale myself before (when younger) but typically early in the morning when my skin is less flush with blood.
LOL Funny thing is I have that and I forgot about it.
LOL I have her too but forgot about it.
I apparently have the top gallery image for Raine and that's who I would recommend.
My go to pale:

There's one on rendo by RedzStudio named Eirlys for G3F. On sale for $8.50 if you're a Prime member. I realize she's for G3F, but she's really nice. Can't post a link here because you know, Daz and their nudity phobia. But if you search for his vendor name and scroll down several rows, she's there.
