4.12 merge geometry & morphs

merge geometry seems to be forgetting some morphs from the fitted asset during the merging.

how can i reinject the missing morphs into the newly created (merged) actor ?

Edit:

After more looking around, the morphs do show up in the property hierachy tab but they dont in the Parameter tab.

how do i make them show up in parameter ?

also: right clicking on the morph (in the property hierarchy tab)  drops a menu where *Show in parameter* is greyed out

  • What exactly are you doing?

I try to merge a g2f with a geograft. Once the geometries are merged, the geograft's morphs disappear from the paramater tab, but are still visible in the hiearchy tab.

Can i restaure them to the parameter tab ?

  • Yes, but what are the steps you are using?

load g2f > load geograft (with the g2f selected of course) > merge geometries (from geometry editor).

  • Yes, DAZ 4.12 is a freak show. The Decimator doesn't work anymore: the clothes don't work with the morphs.
Merge Fitted Figure Geometry just stopped working. This is essential for making the Atlas UV, which reduces the number of draw calls for game engines. Upgrading from version 4.10 to 4.12 delayed my work by a week and counting. I'm looking for the installation of DAZ 4.10 desperately.
