The product page says:

Additional Products used in Promo Images:

• Marigold Hair for Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 Female(s)
• Flirty School Uniform for Genesis 8 Female(s)
• Fairy Ring

So I'm guessing the skirt and shoes are probably from that School Uniform set. Since they didn't list the top, it's likely that it could be a product from another store or one that is no longer available.

Yes, but the colours are so different and I don't see a texture set for that cloths.

Most likely, the artist replaced the textures.

When people kit-bash outfits together they often use a clothing shader to get everything to "match". There are a lot of really pretty clothing shaders in the Daz store: https://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=clothing+shaders

Kitbashing outfits together can be a lot of fun and help give your character a more unique look. :) Plus it helps to expand your wardrobe since you mix pieces from different outfits. I think Zeddicuss did a cool job with that kitbash - giving a fresh take to the classic "Wonderland" outfit look.
