Anyone Else Having This Problem?

I bought the dForce Sheet Ghost for G8F the other day and when I went to download it today, the product downloaded no problem, yet when I tried to download the templates(and I tried several times) I get the message in the image below. Obviously I am not blocked as I can get in here, but why on earth would they think I'm a hacker. I made the image as small as possible and still be readable.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I was going to leave it a while and if it isn't fixed I will put in a support ticket I had the same problem with another item a few days ago, I contacted support and they fixed it.

Yes, I'm also having this problem. I already submitted a support ticket. When I looked more closely, I noticed that the template's zip file has spaces in the name, which may be what's causing the issue.

Ok I thought I did something wrong and caused a problem for myself, glad to hear it's not me...lol  Will check back in a few days then and see if it's fixed. Thank you both.
