Where Do I Find This?

Was checking out the new teen character and all she comes with, as well as checking the links in notes for items she is shown with. For the most part a lot of the other items are listed, only a few are not, such as the hat in this product example. I checked all the links under notes and none of the outfits have this hat.

Does anyone know where I might find it?
