I used a Renderosity Bedroom background for a project...

Changed my mind, decided to scrap and start over, but now this weird rectangular frame is there, with the 30:17 caption...it's annoying, and I can't get rid of it!  Does anyone know how to return to the original DAZ workspace view?

Please attach screen shots as images.

I imagine what you have is the Aspect Frame, showing which part of the Viewport will actually be in the render. You can switch that on and off through the Viewport option menu - the lined button at top-right, or right-click the tab. You can also, of course, adjust the size or proportions in Render Settings (as long as you turn off the option to contstrain proportions)

Thanks for the speedy reply!  I'll give it a shot after work :) As you can tell I'm still a novice at this! BTW I did try to attach as image, but said attachment was too big and wouldn't post...and I was still half asleep when I posted my question ;)

What is your screen resolution? I suppose an HD display might be too big, although I think it goes purely by fiel size so a JPG shoudl work.
