The Painter deal is up again, 2 more days left.

BTW, be aware that if you sign(ed) up for Gravit, they may put you on subscription (I was, on PayPal) so you'll be charged automatically for renewal when it runs out next year.  There is a link in the email receipt though which you can cancel automatic renewal with.

I'm wondering if you get the full first year if you cancel now or if you have to wait until the end of the subscription. Also, If you signed up with PayPal, remember to disable the recurring payment in your PayPal account as well if you cancel

I canceled, and I can still log in.  You can reactivate the subscription under Account Settings.  And you're right, there is an active subscription to Cleverbridge on PayPal which is still active, but question is if you'll be charged automatically if the subscription is canceled.  I imagine that it's just there in case you want to reactivate.  I've canceled it anyway, and will probably also cancel the account as I don't need Gravit, I have Xara Designer which is better.

The only difference seems to be that Parallels is not in the new offer

I haven't figured out what Parallels for PaintShop does so haven't installed it or signed up.

It's just a set of Windows tools, doesn't really have anything to do with Paintshop.  Not something I care about.

Wow! Glad I read through this thread in time to grab this deal. It did freak me out a little that first email said my order was being reviewed then took 9 1/2 hours for them to send a email stating my order was complete along with a receipt.  I guess that's because I created a new account + made my first purchase with them.

After many experiments, my favorite tool is Pic to Painting and I really like it applied to characters created with Face Transfer.

PaintShop Pro has very nice photo filters, as well.

Well, after many hours of Corel tech support doing just about everything under the sun, I finally have Pic To Paint installed and working. They had to give me a different version, 1.2 and I also ended up with a registered copy of PSP 2019 as well. Don't need that with both 2018 & 2020 so I've uninstalled and squirrelled it away on my external backup drives.

Haven't had much time to play with it as not only am I in the middle of a move (again!) but my current Windows 7 install is about to go belly up from what I've been seeing lately and alas, no more support to be had there from either Microsoft or Dell; they barely got it up again when it conked out a few months back and keep telling me to go to Windows 10. I have that on my laptop and loathe it but I will admit it has not crashed once and I do have an unused Windows 10 Pro license, so maybe when the dust has settled and I am settled into my new digs, I'll bite the bullet and upgrade. Although now I notice that Microsoft is saying if your computer is 3 or more years old, the best way to do that is get a new computer. :eye roll: This one will be 4 in a couple months and I've still got another 3 payments left to make on it before the warranty runs out in January. Nope, out of the question, so here's hoping that Windows 10 won't tell me it can't run on my "too old" system whenever I do get time to install it.

Btw, has anybody been able to get CS2 to run on Win 10? There seems to be some differing opinion out there as to whether or not it can be done, let alone how well it will work -- or not.

I'm not 100% CS2 works but remember you won't be able to activate it because Adobe shut that server down several years ago. Hopefully, when Adobe announced they would be shutting down those servers you saved a copy of those serial number(s) and new installer(s) Adobe supplied to get around the server issue. If not, you might end up having to chat with Adobe to get those new installer(s) and serial number(s) you need to install CS2.

CS2 (new installer) works on my Win10 Pro 64bits.

I saved multiple copies of the CS2 installers and have the proper serial number so that part's covered -- hopefully I won't lose anything in the move; at least this time it's in the same town just a few streets away from where I am now. Still, things happen. Maybe if I don't need a new computer to run Win 10 on, I'll reconsider the CC Photoshop subscription thing. From what I've seen it's got my poor old CS2 beat six ways to Sunday and everything out there now will (mostly) only work in that. Question is, how much of my old PS collection will still work in CC Version Whatever? I'd really hate to lose all my favorites, especially Ron's brushes.

I tried to recreate the famous Lord Pugington painting that was looted by the Nazis during WWII and hasn't been seen since...

It's a shame such a wonderful piece has gone missing for so long.
