How do I stop hair & skin being so shiney ?

Hi Everybody,
Everything is so shiney now, how do I make hair and skin less shiney. Also can anybody point me at a good tutorial about Iray settings and shaders etc.

In Iray try turning up Glossy Roughness. If that doesn't reduce it enough, try lowering Glossy Reflectivity. If neither one of those does the trick, check your Top Coat settings.

How about some specific examples, unless you are modifying the settings yourself. I have not seen this issue with Studio PA products.
