Newbie problem : texture of models

Hello and first of all sorry for my english.

I took some haircuts but the rendering is a cube. How to correct this problem? :/

I do not have a vocabulary to correctly define my problem so I leave you with this screen.

    That means the geometry is missing - did you get an alert on loading the hair? Which hair is it? How did you install?

    These are usually models purchased on Renderosity. As a last resort when the model sought is not on Daz directly.

    I had this problem for outfits and it improved when I took over Daz recently. 

    Actually, the problem concerns the hair : Prae-Flax Hair For G3 / Jenny Wild Summer Hair for Genesis 8 female / SC Mia Hair for Genesis 3 - 8 Female.

    That looks as if the files have been unpacked with an extra folder, so the /Data and /Runtime folders are in a sub-folder in the content directory instead of being merged into the existing directories. Check you content directory for folders named My Library or Content, e.g. /My Daz 3D Library/My Library, and if you find them take their contents and merge them into the actual content directory.
