I can't connect with Install Manager

Hello to all. After updating and installing daz 4.12 Install Manager I am not connected to my account

  • Exactly the same here.

    Updated today. Now I can't log in to my account either on DIM or on DAZ3D 4.12.

    Thinking of uninstalling both and re-installing DAZ 4.10+

    To me since yesterday it gives me this error also on the site

  • I state that I have just updated the nVidia card and restarted dim and the computer several times

  • Yep! Seems there's a problem with logging in. Since yesterday for me.

    Same here... Also Daz4.12 when i had it installed 2 weeks ago kept crashing when i wanted to save a file...

    Same. DAZ seems almost entirely jacked. Get a bad gateway as well when I attempt to download 4.12 via product library (which takes forever to load).

Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. Must be a problem with logging in to accounts. All this since installing 4.12 (but might just be a coincidence!!)

    Coincidence. I don't have 4.12 installed (still trying to download it but get a bad gateway error everytime I do).

    Back online now, but no update from DAZ.  Check your credit card charges.

  • Good thing that, whenever I download items, I just manually download and transfer the contents to "My DAZ Studio Library".

    I had trouble downloading the 64-bit version of the 4.12 yesterday evening for a brief period, but I did successfully download and install it manually about 15 minutes later.

    I wonder if the 4.12 is having issues, unlike when the past versions were released?

  • Same here! Can log into site fine for the last hour or so. Still can't connect to DIM or in Studio itself.  And this is in both 4.11 and the new 4.12 Beta...

    Why?

  • It won't let me sign in at all. I was hoping to download my content to my new computer, while at work, but look like the anwer is no. It worked better last night.

  • Dim and Studio 412 not logging in. What is going on? 

    I can log into Studio 411 as I have not upgraded.

    same here; massive problems since yesterday

  • Now it seems to work. I was able to connect to install the new products smiley

  • It took 4-5 tries to log in using Install Manager. When I finally managed to do that, the Daz 4.12 download failed.

    Seems to be more than a simple server breakdown, since the problem has lasted at least since yesterday.

  • Update from earlier (unable to log into Daz and DIM). Tried reboot and numerous log in attempts to no avail. Cleared cache and I can log in now :)

    Okay so this worked for me and more specifically(for noobs like myself), I cleared the DSON cache files in DS by going File--> Preferences--> (General) and clearing them. For safe messure, I made sure DS and DIM were completely closed via Task manager. I was then able to restart and log into DIM succesfully. Thank you Mhulmzz
