Modellation problem

I'm trying to model a pair of custom shorts for G2 male, but when it seemed that I had almost finished, I noticed that on the inside of the shorts between his legs I noticed these two holes, does anyone know how I can fix them in the hexagon? I have already given to the model thickness ... and I can not close it ...

    Under "vertex modelling" tab use the Target Weld tool.
