Getting Rita after Checkout?

Hello there,

I just bought three items from the new release sale, and checked them out. Can anyone tell me, how to obtain the free Rita figure now? The way I interpreted the Sale Message was, that the figure would be automatically added after checking out at least two items? I probably missed something there.

    You should have had her in the cart with your other items   If you check the sales promo page it says

    Buy 2 or more New Releases in your cart to get Rita HD For Genesis 8 Female for FREE* at checkout

    * Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply.

    I suggest that you file a help ticket and expalin what happened
