I don't know, it looks pretty full in some of the promos:

It looks like it comes with some style and movement morphs, perhaps that could result in the fuller looks.

Yeah, it's pretty poofy.  But you can go poofier!

This is out of the box

And this is 2 with one using the "Restyle" morph.  There's not an option for poofing per se that I could find.

I'm not sure that it's this hair, though.
