I reckon someone d-forced the ruffle top, not that hard, to get that affect in image one. It looks very nice agreed with the hand interacting upon it. The second image could be any crop-top product and there are many of them out there.

The first image takes a little skill to reproduce and the second is meh.... just point and shoot with any of the croped-tops on the market.
