Mountains and Lakes and Forests question

This is just a small technical question about this product:

I'm just assuming that the islands and shorelines should be used solely from a distance, since they're likely low-res. I just want to know if this is in fact the case or if the shorelines can be used for scenes and still look good.

Yes, this is for distant plans, because very low-poly tree trees are used there.
Textures can be changed tiling, but besides the trees there are no more objects there.
