Take 5 not taking in checkout...

Is anyone else having this issue? The promo expires at end of day but no luck using it! Any suggestions?

The first question is: Did you get the banner? The store keeps track of who gets what messages/offers, and if you didn't get the banner, you definitely won't get the $5 off in cart.

On the other hand, if you did get the banner, putting any Daz Original into the cart should trigger the $5 off automatically. But you can only have one DO in the cart. If you put a second DO in the cart, the $5 will not be applied. I've read elsewhere that you can have more items in the cart, as long as only one item is Daz Original. I'd already checked out before I read that, so I haven't tested it.

Also, there is a "sales" thread that the mods keep a close eye on. It's a good idea to ask questions there rather than starting a new thread. I did get the banner. And I put one DO in the cart. I have seen it work in the past so this must be a fluke. Unfortunately it does happen from time to time. Thank you for your comments.

@rouge4redoctopusstudios, In that case, Take a screenshot of the product page, showing the price before it goes into the cart; Take a screenshot of the cart with the one item in it, showing the in cart price; And take a screenshot of the banner message, either from the banner across the top of the page, or from the Exclusive Offers inside of your Messages Inbox. Submit a trouble ticket with these images attached. Customer Service is very good about making things right, and for $5 off, I think it's worth the effort.

(For anyone reading this thread who doesn't know what I'm talking about when I mention the Messages Inbox, it's accessible by clicking on the blue figure icon in the upper right of the page, right next to the shopping cart icon.)
