Help With Mask and Multipass Toolbox

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I load a figure all decked out, select the nodes, then select the nodes under mask and run. Instead of a cookie cutter mask, I keep getting this textured alpha. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong? I followed the manual but I keep getting this:

  • Just save it as a transparent PNG !

    Mask and Multipass Toolbox was made before Iray and doesn't work correctly when rendering in this mode. You need to make all your surfaces 3Delight again (just choose All surfaces and apply a gray 3Delight shader or something), then it will work. I have a shader that keeps hair opacity maps intact when converting from Iray to 3Delight, but I don't know where it came from, if I can track it down, I'll send you a link.

    If you have any other issues, let me know. I absolutely rely on that thing.   :)
