Thank you so much for including a 3Delight version. Makes life so much easier for those of us who use 3DL!
Well, not only do you get all those props, these NEED to be bought by other vendors for their promo art.
There are so many locations and angles to use.
We probably don't deserve his work., Really, it's overkill at this point.
The only sad part is, you can't be divided into clones.
You need a pupil or student, because one life of creation is not enough for you.
I would love to see you and Kindred Arts combine, maybe even Ron Deviney...
I want more robots and props....that landing deck, for instance...
and your clothing.......
That ONE white suit is crazy.....
But what about, when you did that dirt shader for 3Delight.....
What if you and mech4D.....
What if you did characters?
More Sci-fi interiors........
What if you did a new future- car?
What if you and ANTfarm did something..?
I would love to see some of his detail work (props and vending machines and machinery) incorporated into your sets...
I have too many ideas about this...nevermind.
Someone needs to start interviewing the top Daz vendors and ask the tougher questions.....get behind the scenes, if you will.
I bought quite a bit of SM stuff today, and there is still so much more I need lol
Stonemason, your stuff is fantastic. Thank you so much for all you have given us.
I am wondering if you could someday give us really hard SF, like spaceships, spacestations, cockpits, a starship bridge type of set. My money is already in the bank for you.
I had problems in Urban Sprawl 3 with the truck being listed as both Iray and 3Delight (but the 3D version was just Iray). DAZ and a help ticket didn't get me anywhere. Will this mislabeling be a problem with uf7?
You're right. He really needs to take on apprentices. For well over a decade he's been making next level sets while most other artists have remained earthbound. Even Stonemason's ancient stuff is idiot-proof photorealistic.
We have learned from Stonemason that the future is colorful and electric. The sun has been obliterated. This is beautiful work.
Earthbound is precicely the problem I have with the Urban Future series actually. As amazing as they are (And this one is gorgeous), the series is very much brick-and-mortar buildings that have lived long enough for sci-fi tech to overtake them and reshape them. Which is cool, but not the setting I need. I need the exact same idea of urban intersections, but aboard a massive space station - where the buildings BEGIN as sci-fi.
I was going to say that this looks like it was inspired by Blade Runner. I could very easily see setting up various scenes from the movie here.
...like wow. as always very impressed. and yes, love the fact it is a bit more sci-fi. WIll fit in well with UF5 for my Cyber future scenes.
Is the lighting as shown in the promos included?
This is pretty amazing. Particularly like the asian food restaurant.
I admit, though, I've had to pass on recent stonemason releases, because they have been too time consuming to render. My machine is nearly 2 years, old, and takes too long to render larger scenes.
But it is very cool.
It's releases like this that make me wish even more that DS had a VR option. fantastic work!
Oh! I just noticed that unlike previous UF's where mats were up to 4096 x 4096, this is up to 2048 x 2048.
Finally had a chance to complete my first image with this awesome set. Set up and rendered in DAZ Studio 4.12. I did test renders of scene elements using my RTX 2080ti. For the final render I use dthe CPU due to the fact that I kept adding stuff...
Ciao
