Pixeluna cyborg skins help

Does this cyborg skin texture work on other character morphs, or just with the character morph that comes with the product?

    I don't have the male version, but I have Pix Synx for Genesis 3 Female. Here is a quick render. On the left is Pixeluna's Synx character. On the right is Victoria 7 with the cyborg skin. Both are wearing Aeon Soul's Alphakini for a little modesty. wink

    @Fauvist

    The product description says it uses the Base Male UV maps.

    If Fauvist is like me, the question I had was how much of the channels and panels on the body were from the morph and how much were the texture files.

    Thanks for the image!  So it looks like the channnels and panels are in the texture?

    Do you think it would be possible to somehow use only the Channels, but with a different characters skin?  I’d like to make a whole race of cyborgs, but it won’t work if they all look too much alike.

    No, they're painted onto the texture. if you just want cyborg type lines on any texture, I'd recommend this: https://www.deviantart.com/mysticartdesign/art/MysticArtDesign-Android-Male-759721929 or for females https://www.deviantart.com/mysticartdesign/art/MysticArtDesign-Android-759619113. Those are driven by displacement maps and can be used on any texture you want. They do only show in the render though. Also they're free.

    ^ Apply MysticArtDesign's freebie, then give the figure a metallic geoshell with a negative offset. Also, freebie Sirine comes with emissive cyborg eyes.

    Full freebie credits here and here. Gallery link here and here.

  • To get more variety you can use the displacement and normals from the cyborg skins of Pixeluna use whatevever skin and like Hylas said place a negative geoshell
