I don't think Bristol Hair get short sides and longer top.

It's something similar to Casual Spikes Hair and Matthew Hair.

It looks like Ronen hair but I'm not sure.

That is definitely Ronen Hair, I've used it more then once ;), so theres no mistaking it. Though the shader might be altered a bit.
