It,s most likely a VUE model.
Yeah. That vendor is basically items exported from Vue. So I wouldn't count on finding a Studio or poser version of anything in their promos.
However, you might try ShareCg or one of the other freebie sites. Someone may have posted one, or something similar. You might have to texture it yourself. But there are a lot of stone and concrete shaders.
For that matter, there might be something here, possibly in the PC+ collection which you could build one section of such a thing from. Once you have one section you can go to 'Edit/Duplicate/Duplicate Node Heierarchy' and just reposition the duplicate.
There might be a way t do it with instances, which would be even lighter on system resources, but I've not done that myself, and am not sure what hoops one needs to jump through. Although, I do know that one you *have* instances, you can usually select and position them manually.
The i13 Urbem Aquae at rendo has an aqueduct in the background that can be extracted as a separate object, it's a bit simple texture wize but they can be improved on.
Also a bit expensive if all you want is a background aqueduct.
I'm pretty sure the one in the render is one that used to be sold by vbaretto at Renderosity. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/the-aqueduct/46571 ; It looks like it's been pulled from the catalog but the vendor is still active, so you might be able to get them to sell you one directly, or they might put it back in their store now that Rendo's no longer forcing people to purge their stores.

I had a bit of a play retexturing this and because of the way the uv map is set up none of the shader or tiling architectural material sets I have work very well.
Had a quick fiddle with the existing textures and got a bit of an improvement but still needs a lot of (hand painting) work to get right.
