generally, my pics are 2~3 mb,it lost to much details, when I zoom in the pic,it went pixels... last night ,I try to set higher value in render settings and rendering all night... this morning, I check the render result, it gets more dark but with a little details.but the size is even less than 2 mb,why...?

JPG's are compressed. The size of the file has relatively little to do with the images resolution and high resolution images will have less detail.

    PNG's are not compressed.

I'd try the scene rendered as a PNG and see if you get the results you desire.

I have found the reason. It's because I choose the active viewport as render setting
