Decorative Side Table and Props In Poser 11

Is it possible to use decorative side table and props in Poser 11?  If so what would I need to do?  I think Poser renders faster than iray.

    Take them into Daz studio     export them as an obj (with mtl)  import the obj and mtl into Poser.
