Query over THANKS-JW coupon

I have a query over the use of the THANKS-JW coupon - it work sif I have the required product (the clothes pack) in my cart, but if I add another item to get the benefit of the extra 10% off for buying 2+ items the coupon is no longer valid - is that correct?
