Help. Hair simulation not working.

Dforce hair does not work in version 4.11, in version 4.10 there were no such problems.
I add dforce dynamic surface to hair (for example, Nina's hair), but when the simulation starts, the program freezes by 1%, then nothing happens, the program does not respond, you can wait as long as you like.
