[why when trying to install with dim, it says can't materialize with elevate permissions.] Is that because my account is an admin account. Never had this problem before. My account is the only one on this pc so why can't I download with dim, and get this message.

Runing from an admin accoutn is fine, running "As Administrator" is different and is not allowed (as it causes issues with access permissions). Do you have UAC turned off?
