Props and Animation

Hi, Can anyone assist me on how to stop a prop from moving all over the place when I move the timeline after I add an animation? I parent a prop to Genesis 8 figure and when I add an animation to the Genesis 8 figure the prop moves all over the place.Any assistance appreciated.Cheers

try this,

- parent the prop to character AFTER added the animation

Hi there is a free script called "freeze things"

It removes all NON figure animation from scene props etc

If you click on the gear icon at top-right, on the same line as the "breadcrumbs" showing where you are on the forums, there's a link for "My Discussions". If you want a post you can click on your name from the same menu and then use its gear icon. to the right of the same line as the name, to open a list of your posts.
