Running Daz On 2 PC's With Identical Project Files - But 1 PC Has Texture Jpeg Not Found

As the title says, Running Daz On Multiple PC's With Identical Project Files to test performace on the 2 rigs.  Problem is, Daz on one of the PC's is generating an error saying texture jpegs and materials cannot be found dispite the fact the files are present in the project folder.  Even made sure only one PC was running at a time knowing I've got about half a dozen paid plugins installed.  Could this be a copyright issue. The props generating these problems were free from from ShareCG.
