Correct means of sizing dome for HDRi indoor scene?

Hello -

What is tog "correct" means of sizing/scaling the dome for in indoor HDRi scene? I'm using an HDRo Haven download as the image, and want to be sure that the scene is scaled correectly relative to my character. I have it set to Finite with Ground so that I can rotate the camera around the character without issue.
