Please tell me this is not another iray-only product: https://www.daz3d.com/villa-cimone-courtyard

Looks  like 3DL doesn't sell enough to be worth the effort anymore, and I sure as blazes wouldn't want to pay a premium for it.

Probably why so many of us are just going to other stores :(

That's a shame, since content here is really great and tools let you use 3dl without much problem.

This took 10 minutes to set up; about 10 seconds to use the conversion script, and the rest to decide how I wanted to do glass in 3dl. (I used to have some presets that I guess I haven't had loaded in in a while, or lost.)

For extra fun I could have used at Atmospheric camera or volume fog to add a slight bit of haze, but that would really increase render times.

Looks as good if not better than the promos, but the walls seem to have lost their bump?

I think it’s because they are in shadow maybe the ao isn’t fine enough; I used AoA distant and ambient lights. They are, imo, one of the best optimal points between speed and quality.

The store has lots of older 3Delight courtyards that are similar. I bet you already own at least half a dozen. laugh If not, I bet you can find several good candidates among the inexpensive PC+ items.

That does look pretty good. Did you use the freebie script from here in the forums or the product sold in the store?

You are not kidding about me having way too much content already, lol. But everyone has their vices.

I used the sold product. The free script is nice, but the store product is a little easier to use and does more (which is reasonable, given it costs money).
