Help ID character & hair for Japanese Swimsuit by Onesix

Hi,

Can anyone help ID the character and hair used in the pics below? its on Rendo and its called "Japanese Swimsuit" by Onesix.  Moderators i included two pics because i wasnt sure how much cleavage or underboob was acceptable to show.  I wanted to include the body as well though in case it would help with IDing the figure.  But if you need to remove it i left the other one on as a backup.

I wanted to bump this up one more time to see if anyone can ID the figure, even a best guess would help.  I contacted OneSix and they said it was a combination of several figures.  OneSix was going to look at their stuff to see if they can find out which characters but they havent gotten back to me yet.
