The Green Room

I bought Stonemason's The Green Room a few days ago when it was on sale and like all his work it appears excellent. However, I am a bit disappointed. I can't find a way to open the planter boxes so that my characters can service them. Am I missing something?

I was thinking of getting it but changed my mind.  I doubt it from looking at the promos.

I picked it up too but haven't played with it. Might be solvable with geometry editor though.

As far as I can tell, the doors do not open.

  • Perhaps you could make the side you want the door on invisible via cutout opacity, then add another glass plane primitive, positioned as the open door
  • I was thinking that this set could also be cool aquariums or clone tanks.

The only thing that moves is the Bay 03 door at the end of the room. The planter boxes are all instances of the first, so if you change it, they all change (and you can't modify an instance). You would have to duplicate the original planter box (Duplicate -> Node or Node Hierarchy) and modify it separately. You can change what's in them, though. The plants are separate parts, but they, too, are clones of the original.
