White Dots On Renders

As many of my models near finishing the render, a number of white dots of 'snow' begin forming on the image. This is a newer issue with me and started last night.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Setting?

    Are you saying that the dots weren't there at an earlier stage of rendering? that would be odd...

    That is correct, when the render started they were not there. As the render neared finishing they appeared and were in the final image.
