Cannot find my purchase

I purchased the MMX-45ACP Pistol  and it does not show up in the download manager. Any help would be appreciated.

Does https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/#prod_44001 open a product library page for you? If so, try the Download and Install button (assuming there is one) or just Download and place the zip in the Downloads folder for Install Manager.

I did try the Download and Install button from that page and it did not work.
Not sure what to do. Thank you

Have you tried manually downloading and placing the zip in the Downloads folder (at which it should appear in the Ready to Install tab)?

This post heading pretty much summed up my 3D experience for the first years. I'd have a go, fail to even load anything into either Daz or Poser and then get frustrated and stop. Rinse and repeat. First I relied on free stuff, and I couldn't find that (and at least now I can understand why that might not have been entirely my fault); and then I tried with a few purchases, and that didn't seem much better. With Iray and Smart Content and deciding that Daz was the thing rather than Poser, I have now risen towards incompetence; but I still often feel I have a runaway programme hiding stuff somewhere on my computer after seizing control of my wallet.

Yeah - for me it is not consistant of what installs and comes up correct. Wish I knew how to fix it.
