FBX files from Mixamo to Genesis 8 models!

Has anyone figured out a way to take the FBX files from Mixamo and apply them to your genesis 8 models and then import them back into Daz3d?

    Last I tried (can't remember when), it only worked up to G2. I think it may have something to do with how the bones are named G3 and up.

    I seem to remember something to do with using Genesis 1 and then saving the animation and applying it to G8 (apparently, that works!). I think the feet needed tweaking but there was a fix for that. Somewhere there's a thread describing the procedure.

    I think something happened to the Mixamo FBX download. 

    An FBX I downloaded six months ago works perfectly, but all of those I've downloaded recently DO NOT work in DAZ.

    I'm doing the 2nd video tutorial in this link from DAZ 3D today so I'm not sure if the FBXes from Mixamo will be adaptable to that tutorial...but well maybe...

    It's a start at least. I will be attempting that tutorial using Blender 2.80 instead of AutoDesk MotionBuilder, which I can't afford.
