Is it possible to convert an animation block to poses?

    yes . bake your anblock to the timeline and the scroll your scrubber to the point on the ainblock where you want to save your pose from the aniblock and  then go to file on top of daz scroll down to .save as,  save as pose preset,  just make sure you have save" frame" checked  instead of save "animation on timeline", then choose file location and hit save.  easy peasy

    What about batch exporting all frames?

    you can just save as a animated pose preset instead of single frame route and you can pick your poses from the animated preset and save them individually as pose preset.. it may take a little time doing it though. there no way that I know of save a series of poses from a animated preset though sorry

    Of course universal pose splitter can do batch extraction (from Victoria 4 to Genesis 8 )
