I just purchased this and tried to install it using DIM, and get "Install Failed", but no explanation as to why. I'm trying to install on 4.11, and Studio is installed on my E:\ drive (E:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\DAZStudio.exe), not C:\
Can I install it by simply extracting the .zip, or does it need to run any kind of configuration to install correctly?

Do you have the proper path for Software Basse set for Installations in DIM setup? The Applications tab should show where DIM thinks DAZ Studio is located.
Also, was Studio running at the time? There are scripts that need to be installed, so maybe Studio won't let you modify resources while it is running.
All of that is set up in DIM correctly; never have problems with it with other products.
I checked in the PDF manual - since it includes the proper paths for everything, I extracted it according to the list, updated the content DB, and it seems to be working ;)
