MacOS 10.14.5 CMS connection could not be established

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi. I can't for the love of god make daz studio connect to the postgres db. 

 

What i tried: 

resetting the host file

reinstalling postgres via IM

Granting all permissions within little snitch

deactivated proxy settings for local (127.0.0.1)

 

is there anything else i could try?

    What does the CMS config say?

    I'm looking into this, but if you look into the DS log (clean it before running ) do you see log items about postgres in it?

    OK, one thing to check. Do you have a DAZ Connect directory setup and is the DAZ Connect directory in the Content Directory Manager pointing to it correctly? Found a fun issue with that when I tested for your issue.

    Open DAZ Preferences,  Goto the CMS Settings tab & make sure that the Cluster Directory is pointing to the corrent folder,  The default folder should be /Users/YOUR USR NAME/Library/Application Support/DAZ 3D/cms
