A Noob Question About Parenting...

No I dont need to know how to raise a child. LOL Anywho I am learning Daz Studio and this is the first time I have ran into this. So I got Iray Firefight by Kindred Arts I believe and in order to put bullet holes or blood splatters on a wall its says that I need to parent them to the object. So how do I go about doing that. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

Select the item to parent, right click and change parent.
