Power Pose question

I just found Power Pose in DS.  I know it has been there for a while, but I still do not know how to use it.  How do I use it without getting extreme values that seem to mess up the figure.  Or maybe are there some good YouTube videos on Power pose?

    No, the bones can be accessed diectly and there are a number of controllers on the head bone.
