Homebrew creation by Propschick, I would assume. Looks kind of like Clary skin and maybe morph with some additional facial morphs dialed for a softer chin.
So once again daz uses a caracter in promoes that "doesn't exist" I REALY hate that, sorry for shouting but I find it frustrating !

Most people who aren't total n00bs know how to dial in a mix of different characters and facial elements, even if sometimes they choose to use a character straight up with no modifications. There are PAs who don't specialize in making characters, but have preferred characters that they have assembled for their own use out of different elements. They don't owe you a skin attribution and a dial recipe for every fricking promo image they've ever made.
Quite a lot of promo artists have their own character morph that they use.
Particularly for hair models.
Odaa put it so well.
Now sometimes...but very rarely...a very kind PA will decide to add their custom promo character to their store. I don't know what moves them to do so--but I doubt it's "Some random forum user pitched a minor fit that 'nobody sells this!'"
Thanks for your input I agree with you Odaa I hartly ever use a caracter out of the box but I do like it when it's minor changes
For the sake of clarity, Daz themselves don't actually do most of the promos, they just publish the ones they're sent by the seller.
When it comes down to it, if anything shown in the promos (that's not the product itself) isn't another of the seller's products, it doesn't really matter much to the seller whether you can or can't buy it; as such, they mostly just want to render what they find aesthetically pleasing rather than worrying about making their work an exercise in (essentially) product placement.
Hadn't thought of it that way thanks for the clarity
that did answer alot of questions, don't know why I thougt products was daz creation but I get it now they just sell them
BTW, thank you for being open minded about this, and I apologize fore being grumpy in my response to you.
Don't worry Odaa didn't think you where grumpy, think maybe it was I that was grumpy im my original message , I thought you where correct I just lack the skill to dial stuff in from scratch witch is why I relly on a base caracter that I can then "improve", and when I see something I like that I can't get I get frustrated
