Where is "Symmetry Dialogue Menu"?

Can you please tell me there to find the Symmetry function? That is, I want the left side to mirror the right side.

This eludes me...I have no Active Tab button that I can find.

    Parameters pane option menu - right-click the pane's tab or click the lined button in the top corner.
