Any ideas to make someone covered in like slime or goo and animate it?

Hi!
So I have a weird request from a friend to create a person covered in slime and animate it, so I'm racking my brain trying to figure out how to make this happen. I bought the slime attacks vol. 1 but the slime isn't posable, and when I make the character the parent, it doesn't move when I move say an arm. So that product I can't use sadly.
I then got the slime shaders for PC and the shaders are great, I just don't know how to make something slimy to use said shader on to put over the person to make it look like they're dripping with goo.
Then I tried to make a plane in dforce and drape it over the person, but it didn't work right, it just kind of folded over her.
Does anyone have any ideas? Would fluidos possibly work? Like can the slime constantly dribble honey off the body? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

SickleYield has dForce slime and SickeYield/Fuseling have a rigged slime product.

These may be better for animation than the Slime Attacks product, which has some really nice stuff for static images... but aren't so great outside those bounds, as noted.
I haven't tried animating with this, though. And sometimes I'm rigging dForce just to trick it for a static pose. To get it to not slide off? You're going to need to play with the anchors... and I think that dforce product does have anchored slime.
There is also this if you really want to animate. https://www.daz3d.com/fluidos-for-daz-studio
