[Any Settings To Reduce Curvature on Flat Surfaces When Smooth Is On?  Please See Jpeg.] Very noticeable when there's a seam like between 2 car doors making flat surfaces curved.  Turning smooth off turns blends into sharp edges.  Hoping there's some settings that will help.

In the surfaces tab, each material has an option for smoothing angle.

If you look at the attached image you can see how it affects how an object is drawn.

Holy crap, thanks a bunch for taking the time to create the screenshots.  I was playing with that angle prior to posting, but used only 75 and 120 degree as the min and max and there was no noticeable improvement.  But knowing that this angle was what I needed to use, I went down to 35 degrees and it solved the issue.  Thanks again !!!!!

Looking good, though it does look like it could use some more polygons around the door handle indentation on the doors.

Smoothing normals is one thing I absolutely love about Iray.
