My username and password have suddenly became invalid even though I have been using them from the very beginning. I decided to register with the same username and password but all my contents have disappeared. Tried different browsers but the same invalid outcome. I submitted a ticket hoping that I can get explanation the soonest possible time. The funny thing is when I click the forum it allows me to access it but not my account. So here I am able to post my issue in the forum. Has anyone had this issue before? Am I being punished or what?

If you have Chrome can you check your Autofill settings?
likewise Safari on iPad in password locker I had an issue where a stupid typo in my email address stuffed it up yet I could still sign in to the forum but not do a support ticket
I actually typed it manually and it still says invalid username and password (chrome, safari, and explorer). It seems like my account was locked for some reason. What do you think? I had a transaction dispute a week ago because I was overcharged but I was the one aggravated back then not Daz. It feels like I am being punished for their mistake!
I doubt that is the reason
I would still check the autofill settings on your browsers as they “correct” stuff
I would try to submit a support ticket to Daz. Although our forum admins are great, this sounds like something the backoffice needs to resolve.

I checked it and it is correct. Any other suggestion? Thanks
I did, thanks. I am venting out and possibly getting some ideas on how to fix this, because the answer to my ticket may take awhile. I am surely going to miss the sales.
My suspicion is correct! I received a note that they locked my account. They want me to contact my bank to correct their mistake of overcharging me! Totally lame after all the money I gave them. If I don't fix this, then my account will be locked for good. I am responsible for thier mistake.
