Texture Transfer

Guys, how do I transfer, or which type of textures, should I export from substance painter, to fit in Daz Studio? 
Do you know of any workflow?  I know the basics, I am not a complete beginner, I am just not sure, what works best. I am so unfamiliar with DazStudio
