Export readme to PDF not working for me

Peter WadePeter Wade Posts: 1,677

Today I can't get the Export to PDF on the readme pages to work. The screen flashes but nothing happens. I've tried this with Chrome, the default browser on my computer which I think is Edge (I never got around to changing it) and Internet Explorer 11. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my computer that isn't working properly?

Happening to me too - I've had this before, I think it's something at Daz's end that needs a kick.

Still happening for me today (both Chrome and IE) - could a mod raise this with Daz please? (Not that I suppose anyone is in the office till Monday)

    Thank you, Richard.

(Sorry it took so long to reply - I went off to watch the Tour de France TV coverage, then made dinner, then watched more TV...

In addition, today's new items only show a blank white page for the readme (with all the links on the left, like any other readme).

I've opened a ticket on both issues.

I've had the same problem with today's new stuff as well. It's only the new stuff that has this problem, I can still look at older items.

Thank you for reporting it, Richard. In my case delays in replying are due to Wimbledon coverage and the latest episode of Killing Eve.

Well my problem (some older products I bought in the 2.99 sales) are now working fine. (I've not tried anything new today)

Snap! (The Killing Eve bit... I lost interest in tennis about 30 years ago)

And they seem to have gone again - I tried three different products and they all fail to download.

Yes, it was fixed but it's broken again now.
