Are there any mongolian style hats out there, free or paid?  Any figure.

    It’s not exactly what you pictured, but there is a set of Mongol armor over at Rendo here.

    There used to be a set of fur caps for M4 posted someplace. (Try ShareCg or Rendo's freebie section) I have them, but there is no indication of who made them. 

    They're Poser, so the fur was expected to be done in the hair room. But a shader would work. if you don't want to try to manage strand hair.
